Barista basics

The BBA Basic Barista course has been created for baristas that are working for the first time with Buscaglione espresso. In this course you will learn how to get the best from the Buscaglione blends.

Skills that are included in this course:

-The characteristics of the Buscaglione blends
-The 4 elements
-Parameters
-Extraction, extraction time, preparation

We practice and taste as much as possible within this course. In order to achieve the prefect Buscaglione taste the barista needs to learn to work with dosing, grind, extraction time and water volume. Other skills that this BBA course includes are milk frothing, presentation and cleaning.

This course lasts 1 part day and accommodates a maximum of 6 participants.
