Amsterdam has become one culinary hotspot richer with C. C is the new restaurant from chef Michiel van der Eerde, known from Baut and Baut Zuid, his brother Lucas and Arnott van der Kolk, former souschef of two starred Ciel Bleu.
At C everything is focussed on degrees Celsius. On the menu the dishes are divided by temperature; her you have dishes from 0 to 20 degrees, 40 to 80 degrees, 100 degrees and 200 degrees. For a surprise you can choose small dishes that are cooked at various temperatures.
