The BBA Latte Art course is intended for baristas that want to perfect their cappuccinos and lattes. The micro-foam of a good cappuccino should be shiny with a fine structure, the brown crema should be visible at the edge of the drink and contrast strongly with the milk foam. The foam must integrate well with the coffee and the taste should blend the characteristics of the espresso and the milk.
